Covering all aspects of the game. This session is designed to either introduce you to the game or to help you improve. This session is open to anyone, just turn up and play!

Tuesdays 8-10 pm Guildford Spectrum
This session is mainly aimed at our local league players, the session covers individual and team skills alongside team and match tactics. You do not need to be in one of the teams to attend as long as you can manage the basics you can come and play. This session is only open to GIVC Members.

Wednesdays 8:45-11 pm Guildford Spectrum
The advanced session is aimed primarily at our womens NVL team who play in the NVL Division 2 although any female players of a suitable standard are welcome to attend. Matches are played on Saturdays and Sundays and the season runs from September through to April. The session is run by NVL coach John Biddiscombe.

Thursdays 8:45-11 pm Guildford Spectrum
The advanced mens session is aimed at experienced players most of which would play for the Mens NVL team or Guildford Tsunami although this is not essential. Guildford are currently in NVL - Mens Division 3. Guildford 1 games are usually triangular fixtures (2 matches) on a Sunday. The advanced session is run by NVL coach Mike Richardson
